The urbanharbor is an innovative real estate concept and is located in Ludwigsburg’s Weststadt. An old factory building was converted under the motto »space for change« and refurbished containers are used to create a new district with modern office and retail space, unique event locations and the gastronomic flagship »speisewerk«.
